A Taste of Italy Package (Minimum of 50ppl)
APPETIZERS:
-Bruschetta
*Toasted Garlic Bread rubbed in Olive oil surrounded by a variety of toppings including Romano cheese, Artichoke spread, olive tapenade, roasted red peppers, extra virgin olive oil, and grilled Porta Bella mushrooms.
-Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms
*Silver dollar mushrooms stuffed with bread crumbs and various seasonings and baked until golden brown.
ENTREE: Pasta Stations
-Northern-Angel Hair Pasta
*Topped with a choice of Chicken Romano or a vegetable medley
-Southern-Penne Pasta
*Topped with a choice of meatballs in our house marinara or Italian sausage with green peppers and onions.
*Served with a Caesar salad, garlic bread, a sun-dried tomato cream sauce and a Marinara sauce.

Eastern Shore Classic Package (Minimum of 25ppl)
PASSED APPETIZER:
-Cocktail Shrimp
*Fresh jumbo gulf shrimp, steamed in-house, peeeled and deveined. Served in a large martini glass with lemons & homemade cocktail sauce.
ENTREE:
-Open Kettle fried chicken, Honey Ham, and a Jumbo Lump crab cake.
*served with green beans, tossed salad, and potatoes.

Traditional Buffet Package (Minimum of 25ppl)
PASSED APPETIZER:
-Backfin Crab Balls
*Fresh Lump crabmeat, hand-rolled into 3/4 ounce succulent crab balls.
ENTREE:
-Carving Station
*Prime Rib with au jus, a caper white horseradish sauce and assorted buffet rolls.
*Honey glazed Ham OR Oven Roasted Turkey
*Served with a tossed salad, a vegetable, and potatoes.
