An arractive display of garden vegetables, and an array of different cheeses including pepper jack, gouda, swiss  and sharp cheddar. Accompanied by gourmet crackers & a creamy ranch and a yogurt dipping sauce.

Hot Delmarva Crab Dip

Fresh Crabmeat, blended with Three Cheeses. Served hot with Pepperidge Farm Crackers.

$4 per person, 25 people minimum.

Italian Sausage

Fresh Italian Sausage with Peppers &, Onions. Italian Bread served on the side.

Meatballs

Homemade meatballs in our House Marinara and topped with Romano cheese.

Our famous chicken wings lightly fried and dipped in our house Buffalo  sauce. Served with bleu cheese and celery.

Breaded white chicken breasts lightly fried and served with honey mustard.

Bruschetta Table

An attractive array of fresh melons, golden pineapples, California strawberries and table grapes with a crudite including asparagus, squash, baby carrots, snap peas and more displayed on tiers of china alongside wheels of smoked gouda and brie cheeses. Accompanied by NY flatbread crackers and a creamy ranch and a yogurt dipping sauce. Toasted garlic bread rubbed in olive oil surrounded by a variety of toppings including Roasted red pepper hummus,Romano cheese, Artichoke spread, Olive tapenade, Roasted red peppers and Grilled Portabella mushrooms.

Ahi Tuna

Seared Ahi tuna, served on a small square black plastic plate 3"x3" on a bead of seaweed salad topped with ginger and wasabi.

Breaded jumbo shrimp lightly fried and tossed in our famous hot sauce.
Served with bleu cheese dressing.

Pork wonton

Our pulled pork mixed with plum sauce and asian slaw, wrapped in a wonton and fried to golded brown. Served with our zesty orange sauce.

Jumbo Sea  Scallops seared in cajun spices and served a top a crostini and topped with a roasted red pepper sauce.

Crab Ceviche

Lump crab meat tossed with avocado, diced red pepper, spring onions, cilantro, garlic and lime juice served on a crispy wonton topped with roasted red pepper and a scallion.

Lump crab meat tossed with our house spices and served fried, broiled or pan seared, passed with cocktail sauce on the side.

Fresh salmon, salt cured for 24 hours and mixed with cilantro, ripe tomatoes, green onion and lime juice
